London Regional Veterinary Emergency and Referral Hospital operates on a referral and emergency basis, and does not provide primary veterinary care such as vaccinations, spays and neuters, or preventive veterinary healthcare. Access to our specialty services is through a referral from your primary care/family veterinarian. The Emergency Department welcomes patients 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Emergency or overnight care being transferred from your family veterinarian requires a referral from your primary care veterinarian. If you have questions regarding the referral process, please contact the office directly at (519) 432-3300 or by e-mail at email@example.com.
